• Where is your company located, and how can I get in touch?
  We're located in Hong Kong! And yes, as of October 2022 Hong Kong is open for business without any quarantine. Our factories are located in Shandong province and a few throughout the Greater Bay Area. Get in touch with us at the signup form below.
• Do you exhibit at any trade shows?
  We exhibit at numerous trade fairs throughout the world. However, the pandemic has halted most of our shows since 2019. Click on the Trade Show section to see our latest schedule and calender of our trade events.
• Who are your customers?
  We manufacture our unique linens for customers worldwide, from mom & pop neighborhood stores to larger high street retailers and chains. We also custom-make linens for interior designers, the hospitality trade, and hotels.
• What is your minimum order quantity?
  Generally, we are pretty flexible regarding minimums, as we stock many base colors and fabrics, and we usually ask our customers not to worry about minimums. As a general rule of thumb, 50 pcs per size and a minimum total order value of US$5,500.00. Reach out to us if you feel you need a more flexible arrangement.
• What are your payment terms?
  Depending on the volume and value of your cargo, our standard payment terms require a deposit before production, and the final balance before shipment.
• Can I get some samples?
  Yes! Our website allows you to add styles you like to your basket; let us know which samples you want to see. We will do our best to send you a few swatches and smaller samples for your inspection. Please provide us with your FedEx/UPS/DHL account numbers. We will not charge a sample fee unless you need a custom size we do not currently have in stock.
